RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
The KM Clutch is an extremely delicate product. Because each bag is made as a work of art, there may be bumps and bruises from conception, that make it unique as a handmade product created by household products, the wear-and-tear and life span of each bag may vary. While we would love to return each and every fragile piece, we simply cannot. Products may ONLY be returned and exchanged if it has considerable noticed damage upon initial purchase up to 5 business days from the time of purchase. As a delicate work of art that has been purchased by our dear consumers, we are unable to provide a refund; but are happy to exchange any damaged clutched upon initial purchase up to 5 business days from the time of purchase.
